Hi All,

Training weekend for all members.
Friday 5th, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September 2008.
Newlands Adventure Centre, just outside Keswick, Lake District.
An excellent centre, well equipped (Own bar as well) Loads of running places, fells, flat tracks round lakes, busy town centre with shops, resturants etc.
£45 PP on B&B basis. Others welcome at the descretion of the club. Family members welcome.

Booked 25 places provisionally and it is filling up quickly.

The club welcomes anyone. All are welcome. You should see ow slowly I have just been running.

The training weekend is not filled up fully yet, but will be. If you want any info then contact me directly.
