Dear All
Can anyone recommend a source of glucosamine in liquid form? I thought I'd give it a go to see if it helps my current injury problems but can't be bothered with tablets the size of shredded wheat
Thanks

Thanks
for the advice and help
Hilary has suggested www.zipvit.co.uk so I'm going to have a look on there.
I am training (gently) but still not at the same level as before Christmas and thought glucosamine might help a bit.
