Hi

How did you all get on today?

Very muddy at the Boggart. Didn't run again - still trying to get over bad hip/back. Good to see James Jackson, Tommy Daniels and Sean McMyler running though - results are on www.race-results.co.uk. Tricia Sloan turned out for the ladies and came in 2nd overall.

Great win for the Boro too!
Paul

Hi Boro conditions were better at Wythenshaw (very flat, windy and a couple of boggy spots). Starting with the ladies Tess had a fantastic race setting off reasonably steady and then pulling through to win by a good margin the smile on her face said it all, Anika also seemed to have a very strong race not sure of the possition but was well up there, well done ladies. Then the men Carl had a good battle with the Sale lads To come in 3rd he seemed peedoff with this but it was their home turf, then came in Dave Locket looking very strong (not sure of positions no results to hand)and claming 1st vet, then was me , i think Rob was next home struggling with his ankle, then Billy with a strong finish as usual, not sure if Tony ran saw him while we were warming up. Well done to all that raced today.
dont forget track on tue and fartlek on thur cheers NAV.

I finished 14th at Edinbrugh XC. It was tough and windy. At least Foster mentioned me. Roll on the Northerns now!

Well done to all - sounds like most people have had a good run. Pleased to see Dave Lockett doing so well (particularly from the vets point of view). Well done Tess too.

Good to hear Andi and Salford get a couple of mentions on the BBC yesterday too. They said the course was muddy - I'm not sure what they would have made of either Rossendale or the Boggart - but at least it looked as though there was a bit of hill to climb. Were you first Brit home Andi?

Compared to Rossendale, the course was done dry!!!! Little bits of mud, but not the knee deep stuff

Tomas was first Brit, folowed by Jason Ward, Gav T and then myself. About 15 seconds between us all. Tomas came through well on lap three of seven.
