Everyone still ok for National XC relays?  They are fast approaching.  Its the Heaton Park XC next week which might be a useful warm up for runners.

The National is only 5k of running for the men and 3k for the ladies.

A team-

Leg 1 Carl Hardman
Leg 2 Andi Jones
Leg 3 James Kovacs
Leg 4 Pumlani Bangani

Will finalise B and C team later this evening.  Just waiting for a few to return phone calls.

Junior team-

Leg 1 Joe Bailey
Leg 2 Jamie Wilson
Leg 3 Was due to be Dale Daniels, but due to recent illness he has decided not to race which is totally understandable.
