Shame the club seem to give a lot and not get much in return. Seems futile if we can't get runners to turn out for national championships!
Starting to appreciate the difficulty you have Dunc....medals or hard cash?....hmmmm!  |

Too true, it's difficult to disagree with that roadrunner!! (Unless it's promised by the Liverpool 1/2...ouch!) |

RW website got the info wrong on that one. Still I dont think I will run it again. Got to go, races to hunt out that are paying hard cash. |

Results not up yet. On paper we had a good team, but it wasn't meant to be. Some excellent runs by other teams. Steve Vernon ran quickest time and looked to be moving well.
Lets get a good winter in now and aim for the Northern and National XC. |
