My target is to P.B in steeplechase (9: 29) and 10k not very impressiveat 33:10, but most of all it is to enjoy running with this great club that is SALFORD HARRIERS.
All the best of luck for the new year |

I would just like to be able to run on a regular basis with a view to upping mileage to about 60/70 by August as opposed to current 6/8 per week!!!
Good luck to you all with your goals, keep training hard. |

HI all
On New Years day I resolved to train harder, to try and improve all my pbs at all distances and to try to help the veterans win something.
I am now injured and can't run! Such is life.

Starting back seriously training after long injury. Target eventually is to do eight miles under 60 mins which I was regularly doing in 2006 each day in normal training along the cornish coastal footpath, I doubt whether I will get back to that as the ageing process is starting to win the race hahahahahaha. Hey I can dream can't I? Anyhow, it's just important to get out into the fresh air and enjoy the buzz of being fit. At 58, this is something I badly need to feel again as the year progresses. I'll let you know
