Sunday RunsHi all,
I tend to do a Sunday run (When I am at home) from my house on Sunday morning. Time varies on what else I have planned for the day, but it tends to be in the morning. I also sometimes tag a long with Paul Green and another group of good runners starting from Greenys house at 9.30am. If anyone is ever interested in runnng from mine then get in touch. The run is usually for 90-120 minutes long and takes in a range of terrain. I live about 20 metres from the moors and a lot of the run takes on good tracks, open moorland, grassy fells and lots and lots and lots of mud!
I am away this weekend (26th-28th) but should eb around then most weekends. I can be contacted via this message board or my usual e-mail address.
