Paul StavelyI was saddened to learn of the death of Paul. I ran regularly with Paul and also the late Mick Wood. We had some great laughs on these runs, not only on the club thursday night run, but on the weekends too, especially so with the repartee and naff jokes from Mick. Both great guys and I miss the banter. So very sad.
