Hi Carl, Glad to hear you are up for it. Good to have you back. Let me know if you are back to Sunday runs yet with me. I am away this weekend but will be around the following weekend. What kind of pace you running at? Its only 4 miles each leg. What kind of time you think you would run for 4 miles? Team should be good. Anybody else think we need more than two teams in the NoEAA Road Relays?
12 runners plus a few reserves sounds good. Could always enter a third team and could run it as incomplete so everyone gets a chance to run in the NoEAA Road Relays. |

sorry guys messed up, i've arranged to watch my mate fight and have bought tickets and booked a hotel so won't be able to make the 6 stage.
Not really race fit anyway, prob do myself more harm than good, another month of training behind me and i should be gettin back into sessions properly. As for the sunday runs andi i'l be ready to get going on them again in the next couple of weeks. I've done a couple of 14-15 milers so i'm gettin there. Good luck Hardman |

Well done to the ladies team yesterday. Things looking good.
Seemed strange to be in Sutton Park and to have such a quiet tent area. Thanks to those who travelled down to watch the event. Was a good day out. Next event- National XC relays 1st November. |
