Keep the names coming forward for the National XC Relays.  The more the better.  We need to flood Mansfield Berry Hill Park with Red!!!  Its very close as well, just over an hour away over the Woodhead and a few junctions down the M1.
NAVIGATOR

Pumlani seemed interested yesterday, but he has no internet access at the moment. i will leave him a text.
NAVIGATOR

Add Pumlani to the list, looks like we will have to have trials to get into teams.

Everyone still ok for National XC relays?  They are fast approaching.  Its the Heaton Park XC next week which might be a useful warm up for runners.

The National is only 5k of running for the men and 3k for the ladies.

Think your location was the giveaway
BoroPaul

good to see a decent turn out for the relays, even a few veterans running. Well done to all the ladies and gents taking part. Great runs from Andi and Carl in particular.
thanks to all present for support whilst running and navigator for the lift back.

on a different matter - what's this I hear about a fire alarm in the Deansgate area on Saturday night?  Shocked anything to do with any of us needing secret identities? Laughing
