Some good runs yesterday with the look of the NW road relay results. Would have come over but opted for Lantern Pike and trying to break Ricky Wildes record. I have to add I didn't break it!!!! Are you using the form sown yesterday to select Northern teams? I am not able to run the Northerns as I am doing GNR, but am around to run National relays for any team we have in it.

Surely Carl should be preselected if myself and Pumlani are being selected. Carl ran very similar time to me the same weekend.

I have noticed that and it is being debated on FRA forum.
They need marshalls or else the event is off.
Who runs the National Road Relays? Cant this new group who take our entry fee levys at races sort some money to buy some marshalling in?
