Hi there,
I'm fdoing the 10k race for the first time on Friday, and I was wondering if anybody could tell me the route the course takes ? I know that its a 2 lap course, does it go anywhere near Salford Quays?

No where near the quays!!!! Unless you make a major detour!
Two laps from the sports centre. Someone else wil be able to give you a full description I on't really know the area. |

It starts on littleton road, about 150 metres back from the sports centre (towards cromwell rd end) then continues along littleton road towards the junction with agecroft road. You turn left here then carry on a few hundred metres until langley Rd. Turn left then carry along here all the way until the junction at the end of langley rd south. Turn left here, down a hill until cromwell roundabout then back into littleton road to the start. Two laps. Nice fast, flat course.
