Just a reminder that the first race is on Saturday. Senior Women at 1:50pm and Senior Men at 2:30pm. 6 to count for Snr men, 4 to count for Snr women for teams
If you didn't tell either me or Roy that you wanted entering then you'll need to speak very nicely to Ruth at the registration desk and she might let you have a number.
Other details are on www.manchesterareaccl.com
The results are being done by Graham Fecitt this year so can be found at www.race-results.co.uk |

Good luck to everyone running today. Can't see what the weather is like outside at the moment as it's too dark and I can't be bothered opening the blinds!
Ruth- I will need to come and get a number off you for Jamie who will be running in the J Mens races. |

| So how did you all get on? (We were too cold and wet after watching the juniors and ladies to stop any longer) |

Seen it? I couldn't miss it!!!
Sid dropped out. I saw Sid checking out the river crossing before the start. He was well up for it. From what I hear Bob, you spend a bit of time on the floor during training runs havent fell the other week as well.
Saw an ECH lad take a big tumble and was in no fit state to carry on. Looked like he could have hurt the crown jewels! |

| Well done everyone, wish i could have been there, not much running done in the lakes (plenty swimming/flying) i would have loved to get up onto the high fells but thought mountain rescue had their work cut out looking for 1700 lost runners? without looking for me as well. keep up the good running for the national xc relays, see you all at the AGM tonight. |

Road Runner.
Chris was 91st with a steady or as steady a run as one could get in that mud. It was hs first X country for 9 years so he was quite satisfied that there will be more to come.
Wll you enter him in both the above events please.
He is not as yet on the net in his new abode in Bollington.
Many thanks.
