Hi there all.

As a newby to running and taking part in only my second 10K this Sunday, does anybpdy know the route of the 10K run around Heaton Park.

There is no info on the Cancer Research website.

Morning Fat and Slow. What ever course they use for a 10k in Heaton Park it will have to involve laps or will be very twisty. It will also involve a hill from time to time!!!!! I presume you know Heaton Park living close to it, but the paths are all good and wide enough to accommadate large numbers of runners.
